We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.


📦 To Be Eligible for a Refund

Your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be returned with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that are marked Final Sale, digital products, or gift cards are not eligible for refund.


🧾 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at evernookstore25@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  2. Include photos of the product if it’s damaged or incorrect.

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


🔁 Replacements Instead of Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a free replacement rather than a refund — especially if:

  • The item is delayed beyond the standard shipping window

  • The item arrives damaged or defective


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


⏱️ Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider
